BUILDING 3 UPDATE |
As Building 3 is drawing closer to completion Julian, our Project Manager has given us the below update: |
“Works are drawing to a close. Scaffold has been dropped, crane and hoist removed. External works are well underway, currently placing concrete and constructing external structures and features. Internally, level 2-8 are completed and being cleaned and defected. Level 9 still being fitted out. The lift is operational and the works to complete services connections and testing in common areas are underway. We are also completing some additional last minute entry and foyer improvements. Looking ahead, we are striving to complete all external works and landscaping prior to Christmas so we can achieve certificate of classification and handover of the building.” |
