BUILDING 5 UPDATE
We have topped out the building and are currently working on roof steel and framing, and hope to have a roof on by mid August.
Internally level 2 units are very close to 100% complete, with level 3 not far behind.
Framing and lining works are underway on level 6.
It’s been a very busy month for our sales team. With 2 unadvertised resale apartments being swept up within a matter of weeks! We only have 2 waterfront apartments available in Building 4.

MENS BREAKFAST CLUB IS FAST GROWING AT ANCHORAGE
We’ve kicked off another great month with our Mens Breakfast. Our fast growing club saw 14 members out for an early breakfast. We’re looking forward to our third breakfast with 22 members booked in so far! We’re keeping our fingers crossed for the clubs third breakfast to commence due to restrictions.
CRAFT CLUB
Our craft ladies meet every Tuesday for weekly crafts and a cuppa. Our talented ladies are doing knitting, crocheting quilting, scrapbooking and doll making. If you are apart of our community and would like to show off a hidden craft talent or simply want to have a cup of tea with our lovely ladies, feel free to come along. We will keep our residents informed on future craft club changes that may be effected due to restrictions. BookClub lunch and new book selection is also on hold until safe to do so.
GARDEN UPDATE
Wow! Another beautiful month for our residents veggie garden. We’re incredibly lucky to have a community who keep our gardens looking spectacular! We invite all our residents to take part in this beautiful gardening club.
