We have now settled into our home after renting for some time. We absolutely love where we live. After a short deliberation of, do we go house or apartment living the two of us decided that we were downsizing and apartment living would be the way to go. We have more time for our healthy lifestyle, from Craig just picking up his paddle and going for a ski or just enjoying the Gym after work, a quick swim and chill in the magnesium spa.
There is a great community spirit amongst the residents, from regular Anchorage social gatherings to organised trips. We love where we live!
We have been living here for 12 months now and we love it. We lived at Paradise Point for 12 years and when it came time to look at downsizing we really wanted to stay in the local area. After nearly 2 years of looking we found Anchorage Apartments and it ticked all the boxes that we wanted. We love our boating so we were very happy to find an apartment complex that would suit us with a protected Marina attached and great access to the Coomera River and Gold Coast Broadwater.
The developers are truly passionate about the project and the management of the complex is great. The facilities are fantastic and we really enjoy the community feeling and catching up with other residents at the pool, spa or at the fortnightly sunset drinks by the function room.
We have been resident owners here at Anchorage since September, 2017. Deciding to downsize and move was a huge decision, but we were lucky to be shown a model of Anchorage before it was constructed and decided this would be our future home. Our balcony apartment looks out over the pool and marina to the Coomera River where we enjoy the view including the most beautiful sunrises.
Internally, our unit is more than adequate for the two of us and the fittings and finishes are excellent. The function room is a hub for meeting other residents and where we can participate in yoga, mah-jong and hold functions. We join the Sundowners club social meetings every second Sunday and through these activities we have many new friends. The social club organises outings for residents and the Anchorage bus is available if required. We are very fortunate to have such dedicated people managing our complex. Thanks go to Geoff and Julie, a most friendly couple, and to the outside managers who maintain our complex and keep it in tip top condition. We are finding Anchorage a great place to live and to experience a very enjoyable lifestyle.
After moving from Tasmania, we knew that Hope Island was the place for us to settle. It has everything to suit our needs and lifestyle. We found our way to Anchorage and after a meeting with Rick and Louise and the team, we felt we were in great hands, they were very professional, genuine and very accommodating. After having an inspection of the apartments and a tour of the wonderful ammenities, We were very impressed with everything.
The magnificent pool, techno gym, community function room, communal vege garden, beautifully maintained lawns and gardens . It was just perfect for us .
We bought our apartment and have been living at anchorage for 2 years now , and wouldn’t be anywhere else! Love the friendly atmosphere, lifestyle and the community family!

Finally after searching up and down the Gold Coast, being the detective I am (lol) I found our new home for Dad and myself, his daughter. Dad being 93 it was important to me to see him happy and enjoying life. Which now too see him sitting on the balcony look over Hope Island marina towards the Hinterland with a cuppa and at night a red wine… to say we are blessed to be here – and who we are!…
We have great people around us always there to help and believe me when I had to move my Dad from his home with Mum of 25 years was daunting, so I broke for a day and said what have I done, fortunately there was a beautiful lady with a sweet soul that sat me down in the showroom with a coffee & chocolate well, the rest is history. I’ve never looked back! … We found a new home to feel safe, secure, with friendly souls around us, beautiful surroundings with stunning sunsets. A place of serenity that also includes tai chi once a week, or yoga for comfort. A dip in the heated pool or your own gym as well as friendly gatherings on Sunday evening for those who want to chat over a wine or two in the club room by the pool, or maybe a barbecue A resort style of living and a home all in one place! Dreams do come true! Now we are anchored at the Anchorage in Hope Island!

We drove into Anchorage this morning and after all the rain, storms and humid weather we thought what a great place this is to live. So many nice people , great facilities, and wonderful caring people like yourselves and your staff working here. The gardens looked amazing as we drove in, the pool was looking good, the gym and barbeques etc. all so clean.
A big thank you to all of you and Geoff and Julie who are out there in the rain and heat to keep Anchorage looking so wonderful.
The Anchorage Hope Island was exactly what we were looking for”, we were about to give up after so many inspections on existing properties in the northern Gold Coast looking for an apartment with a South East waterfront aspect incorporating a Marina to keep our 40 foot cruiser.
We bought of the plan and since then have been very impressed with the progress, communication and quality of workmanship, The team at Anchorage Hope Island have been very helpful providing us exactly what we wanted.
What impressed us above all is the friendly and welcoming manner of the staff at Anchorage sales office. Rick and his team do an outstanding job explaining what is happening and we are kept up-to-date with regular information on the development’s progress. We’re impressed that they have also listened to and incorporated ideas put forward by some of the new owners and future residents.
The internal and external features to be provided within this amazing complex are equally impressive. It’s a fantastic location, enjoying close proximity to existing shopping, access to waterways and nearby golf courses as well as plenty of other attractions and Paradise Point just minutes away. Additional local shopping will be handy from early next year, when the new Aldi and Woolworths supermarkets are completed at the corner of Sickle Avenue. We will be very excited to move into our new address soon.
My small family and I have been living here at Anchorage Apartments for over a month now and we absolutely love it. Not only are the apartments beautiful and modern, there is a beautiful vegetable garden downstairs and a car wash bay. The balconies are super spacious and secure making it perfect for my daughter to crawl around out there throughout the day.
She also loves to crawl around the outdoor area next to veggie garden. As a family, it is extremely important for us to know we are safe and Anchorage has a fantastic system in place with the locks/keypasses that ensures everyone they’re safe & have privacy. The Anchorage team have been so helpful and supportive throughout our move and our time being here, we cannot thank them enough for all the hard work that goes in to these apartments to make sure everyone is happy.
