Earlier on in May we held a little gathering to celebrate the release of the floor plans for the Anchorage Apartments signature residences in Stage 4 of our Hope Island Developement, known as the Harbour Building.
Prior to the public release we offered an opportunity to those who have previously enquired about our signature building to meet the architects from Forgan Smith, Tony Dowthwaite, the lighting Designer, the team behind the design and view the final plans of these luxury apartments.

Differing from the previous buildings, Harbour will offer both light and dark interior finishes for the higher levels and penthouses, while the lower levels will be a mid-scheme colour palette that we are just too excited about! Also differing from the previous buildings, Harbour is offering a selected few the opportunity to purchase a 278sqm penthouse apartment, as well as other much larger apartments that the other buildings have not been built with! Here onsite at the Anchorage Apartments, we have a 25m, 2 lane lap pool that has a all access ramp to cater for everyone, including those with any disabilities and has also just been heated to a warm 27 degrees in preparation for the cooler months. We also have a fully equipped techno gym and yoga room. We hold weekly circuit training classes, yoga/pilates classes plus a weekend water aerobics class, exclusive to our residents! The Anchorage Apartments now has the capacity to house and store all of your equipment for water activities. We are currently offering residents the opportunity to house their boats and other water activity equipment such as canoes and kayaks in our fully functional Marina located in our own backyard!

Ghana Cycling Team Tour Of The Gold Coast
Before the Ghana team headed home after the Commonwealth Games, Geoff & Julie, the Anchorage Apartments Property Managers along with a few other staff members took them on a tour of the Gold Coast. With the help of Karen from Gold Coast tourism (pictured below), we were able to take them to some of the best tourist locations on the Gold Coast. She even prepared a goody bag each for the guys to take home with them to remember us by.
We would like to make a special mention of our amazing Property Managers, Geoff and Julie for volunteering their time to organise and chauffeur the guys around the Gold Coast in the Anchorage Apartments bus. You two were a special find and the Anchorage Apartments are lucky to have you!
