Our development team knows how important the living and dining areas of a home are. We wanted to offer apartments that are truly unique and that would accomodate all potential residents, whether they be young families, downsizers or retirees. The Anchorage Apartments were specifically designed to offer luxury apartments to families who did not want to compromise a spacious home with a small apartment.
These generously sized, open plan living and dining areas will comfortably house up to a 6 seater round or rectangle dining table, along with a fully furnished living area. Our display apartment is comfortably furnished with a 3 seater sofa, along with two occasional chairs for additional seating.
The balcony area of the display apartment is large enough to house an outdoor dining table, 2 seater sofa and coffee table or in our case we have chosen to include an outdoor bar table with 4 x stools as well as a 3 piece setting.
As the apartments here at the Anchorage vary in size, so do our alfresco areas. Some of the apartments in building 3 and our luxurious Harbour building offer wrap around balconies that feature electricity and gas points to make outdoor entertaining with your family and friends a breeze! Although all of our balconies have water tap and drainage, as well as gas and electricity points.The larger floor plans are available to view through our Hope Island sales office, and also offer a balcony off the main bedroom, allowing guests to view the rising and setting of the sun in the comfort of their own Master Suite.
Featuring a neutral colour palette and finished with unique feature tiles and timber cabinetry, the bathrooms in the display apartment have truly captured the attention of everyone who has visited the home.

2nd & 3rd Bedrooms//
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms of the display apartment are both suitable to be furnished with queen beds. Some of our residents who have moved into apartments with a similar floor plan have opted to make the third bedroom into a study or parents retreat. We wanted to give all of our visitors and potential residents a visual of how to style the 3rd bedroom as both a study and a guest bedroom.
With the completion of Building 3 estimated for early 2019, we are planning on styling the apartments a little differently to show off the different finishes and new features of the apartments and allow residents to visualise their own belongings in the apartment.
