The structural works are in full swing and progressing well. We have completed the basement level structure and back filling meanwhile the level 1 carpark deck has been formed and poured. Vertical elements to level 2 have been completed with formed lift walls and columns and block masonry to stairs, and the deck for level 2 is now in place. In two weeks we will install all cast in plumbing to level 2 being the first floor of units, place reinforcement steel and tensioning cables heading towards a pour on 5th December. Looking ahead it is likely that the level 3 deck will be early January 2020 followed by commencement of unit framing and services in early February. We are looking forward to our Christmas break!

Anchorage dived deeper into a healthier lifestyle this month with Aqua Aerobics kicking off to a great start. Instructor Mandy has added an extra class to the schedule for those looking to join and experience this low impact, socialising and fun sport. Also offering a Twilight class in early January 2020 if you’re looking to experience the class under the stars.
