November 2017 Development Update

Over the past month, our trades have been working day and night for the completion of the central facilities area including the 25m lap pool, magnesium spa and techno gym.

We are excited to announce that our swimming pool & magnesium spa have now been completed! We are finalising all of the certificates and safety signs to ensure our residents are safe using these amenities and we are hoping for an early December opening.

We are polishing off the final additions to the techno-gym and yoga room with an estimated completion time of mid-late November. We are planning a small morning tea to invite all of our residents along for a special opening day late November, so stay tuned for that information coming later in the month.

 

 

 


With the recent launch of stage 3 and its success, the plans for stage 4 & 5 are going to be released earlier than expected.  Our floor plans for Building 4 offer apartments suitable to people from all walks of life, whether you may be downsizing, a family seeking hassle-free living or a first home buyer, we have something for everyone.
