STAGE 4 - INSTALLING THE ROOF OF BUILDING 4
It has been a very busy period on site for us, with all levels at a different stage of construction. We now have the roof level structure completed, and will be landing the roof sheeting mid week the week commencing 10th August.
The lining works are complete up to level 8, tiling is on level 7, and joinery completed up to level 5 with 6 not far behind.
Looking ahead, we should see the completion of the roof and soffit on level 9 in September, and heading towards commencement of scaffold removal my early to mid October where we have the big reveal!
Works are progressing with loads of activity on site.
We are nearing completion of the structure now at level 9 working on the roof level masonry and concrete columns and beams. Roof structural steel and trusses are expected in the coming weeks, and we are heading towards roof installation 1st week in August.
Internally the linings works are up to level 5, and lower floors now have joinery, kitchens, stone and tiling installed so starting to look like completed units.
Lots to do still so will be a busy few months to continue to push up the tower with the finishes.
MARINA BERTH UPGRADE!
By popular demand for larger 13 and 15 metre long Marina Berths with extra-wide spaces, Anchorage is reconfiguring our current Marina.

NEW CABINETS HAVE ARRIVED
Here’s a quick glimpse into building four’s cabinetry. We’ve installed Blum space tower pantry draws into some of our apartments. These draws have a unique depth of 600mm with full extension runners. Lots of progress is being made on the interior of the building as we get ready for release at the end of the year! Stay tuned for more sneak peeks into building four.

@ THE ANCHORAGE PHOTOSHOOT DAY
It was all smiles around Anchorage for our Photoshoot day. We invited all residents to take part in having their pictures taken to do all sorts of activities they usually partake in. From Biking and kayaking to Yoga and Aqua Aerobics. We even hosted a morning tea in our function room, so everyone could enjoy fresh baked goods and a cup of tea. We want to thank all of our lovely residents who took part in our photoshoot, we can’t wait to share the photos with you.

BUILDING 4 SCAFFOLDING IS COMING DOWN!
Great news! The scaffolding on building four is currently being removed. Residents and newcomers will soon be able to see the last few stages of our fourth building being completed. We can’t wait to share the results with you so stay tuned!!
