News: April, 2018

“Building 3 is progressing well, we recently completed concrete placement on level 3 deck Friday 23rd March, and are underway with blockwork and columns now, working towards deck four pour around the 13th April. Services rough in and wall frames on level 2 units will be commencing the week after Easter.”

A few weeks ago we hosted a BBQ  for team Ghana ?? in our onsite function room where they shared their lovely vocals with the Hope Island locals ?. Click here to hear them sing.
Wishing the lads the best of success over the next couple of weeks and in the future!

The team from Pacific Pontoon have done an amazing job installing the Marina into what we call the Anchorage’s backyard. They have also recently added a canoe storage deck, allowing even more possibilities when it comes to time for our new residents to move in.

Congrats to Anchorage residents, Ben & Rita on being the first boat moored at the marina!

A few weeks ago we invited all of our residents from Building 2 to a small ‘get to know one another’ event hosted by the Anchorage Apartments property managers and staff in the BBQ area surrounding the swimming pool and magnesium spa.

The staff and residents thoroughly enjoy these little functions that enable them to get to know their neighbours and indulge in the buffet style bbq.

Along with transporting our residents around the Gold Coast to other local events with our new bus, we plan to keep holding these little get-togethers, to allow our little community to grow with one another as the other stages of our development progress.

“Located in the heart of the Northern Gold Coast, Hope Island Marketplace will provide a vibrant food & dining destination that also houses a boutique health & wellness hub and professional services.

The Marketplace will be home to Woolworths and Aldi and represent a cutting edge retail development where the community’s essential shopping services are balanced with a progressive retail destination to create a truly unique product.

The centre will be a fully enclosed, up market air conditioned facility allowing for customers to linger and enjoy its wide range and select offering from the early morning hours through to late evening.”
See their website: http://hopeislandmarketplace.com.aufor all of the details.

The new Westfield Shopping centre at Coomera, which is just 12 kilometers from the Anchorage Apartments, is edging closer to completion with the estimated completion date being sometime over the next few months.

Among its major tenants will be Woolworths, Coles, Kmart, Target and a cinema. The Gold Coast Bulletin has described it as the “new benchmark dining, lifestyles and entertainment destination”.
