STAGE 4 - PLANS FOR LEVEL 7 SLAB POUR
We have poured the last level 8 slab on Monday 25/5.
The internal linings are completed on level 2 and 3, and joinery is arriving for level 2 this Friday.
Tiling to internals level 2 and 3 and balconies are well underway.
Looking ahead we will be attacking level 9 verticals and roof structure in June and July, with the aim of roofing the building by end of July.
level 1 kitchens have been delivered and are in the process of being installed.
GARDENING MORNING TEA
It was a great morning to gather together with some of our garden helpers for a small morning tea. The morning was spent enjoying all things pastry and cakes. We’re all looking forward to coming together more as Covid-19 restrictions are eased.

In great news! Gallipoli Rosemary has now been added to our gardens. This rosemary was said to be produced from cuttings of wild rosemary brought back to Australia by a wounded digger in 1915. It is a tough evergreen shrub grown for aromatic foliage and pretty pale blue/mauve flowers. Compact variety growing to approximately 1m high!

We have been working hard as a team to make sure we abide by the set rules and regulations of the government to assure the safety of residents is our top priority. This means that we have had to make some changes to the way we use our facilities. Below we have the government schedule for what you should expect in stage 3. We have spent quite some time planning and creating the perfect space for our new display. Thank you Malinda for all your hard work that went into designing the interior for our new display apartment. The results were beautiful!
