Victoria's Story

If anyone has an interesting story to tell it’s Victoria Fenton. Victoria has been a resident here at Anchorage since our very first project. Now, after many years and already moving twice within the project, Victoria looks forward to spending the festive season in her brand new luxury apartment in building 4.

There’s a lot more to Victoria’s story which is why she was featured in the Gold Coast Bulletin just last week!

Residents Ready For The Big Move

Residents Ready For The Big Move
We were delighted to finally give our building 4 owners a sneak preview of their beautiful new homes. Each week we have been able to take small groups of owners through the site and show them what progress has been made so far.

Margaret is one of our building 4 owners who has made some personal touches to her beautiful new home. With an added electrical output within her flooring, Margaret’s reclining furniture installment should be a breeze.

Pop up Shop In Progress!

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to install our new pop up store. Once all installments and finishing touches have been made, you’ll be able to find us in the Hope Island marketplace. We hope to have the pop up store up and running within the coming weeks.

When open, make sure you come on in and say hi!

Marina Berth Extension

By popular demand for larger 13 and 15 metre long Marina Berths with extra-wide spaces, Anchorage is reconfiguring our current Marina. Please ring Rick Sheida on 0414756526 for more information if you are looking for a bridge free large berth.

Garden Update

We’ve been busy working away at our gardens, and they are looking amazing. Thanks to the help of all of our friendly residents and their green thumbs, we’ve been able to grow and expand our gardens.

We’ve installed brand new garden beds and have planted a large amount of green beans which have have already sprouted!

Building Update

Works are very busy on site as we push to close out works, and get this done. We have completed the roof works, roof levels soffits and cladding are nearing completion.

Scaffold removal has commenced on the South Eastern side of the building, and progressing well Internally we have completed level 2 and 3 with carpet installed and finishing touches are underway.

As the scaffold is being removed we will commence external works and landscaping from late sept into November. Hopefully not too much rain to delay works.
