HARBOR RESIDENCES UPDATE
Our entire team of builders, architects and tradesmen are deep in preparation mode for stage 4 of our development to begin in early July. Our project manager, Julian from Stokes Wheeler gave us this update:
“We have been working off site on securing trades and long lead time items, etc for commencement of works. We will have machines on site the week commencing 8th July to commence site clearing. Hoping for some fine weather!”

After moving from Tasmania, we knew that Hope Island was the place for us to settle.
It has everything to suit our needs and lifestyle.
We found our way to Anchorage and after a meeting with Rick and Louise and the team, we felt we were in great hands, they were very professional, genuine and very accommodating.
After having an inspection of the apartments and a tour of the wonderful ammenities,
We were very impressed with everything. The magnificent pool, techno gym, community function room, communal vege garden, beautifully maintained lawns and gardens . It was just perfect for us .
We bought our apartment and have been living at anchorage for 2 years now , and wouldn’t be anywhere else!

STATE OF ORIGIN
State of Origin has begun which means we are seeing a lot of blue and maroon rivalry throughout the Anchorage. Our residents gathered in the function room to enjoy the game together and share in on some friendly competition.

HOPE ISLAND MARKETPLACE POP UP STAND
Our team spent a week at the end of June getting to know the locals at The Hope Island Marketplace shopping centre, just 2km from the Anchorage Apartment doorstep. We organised a pop up stand to showcase the Anchorage lifestyle and are excited about starting to welcome new residents as the preparation for Stage 4 kicks off.
RESIDENT FACEBOOK GROUP
The Anchorage Apartments has created a private group on facebook that allows our residents to communicate about onsite happenings and functions without the prying eyes from outsiders.
Our residents also use this page to post items for sale and any pop up events that are happening in or around the Hope Island area… If you would like to join this group, please visit the sales office.
